Once upon a time in a country so far away from the states, there was a young airman by the name of Joshua. He loved to drive. And drive he did, every chance he got. Unfortunately Joshua drives hard and fast everywhere he goes. This was a very bad thing for Joshua Supra. One day Joshua was going shopping, at 100 mph, and his Supra decided it just didn't want to go anymore. So the Supra decided to stop it's engine, without even asking Joshua. After much heartache and hours of cursing and praying, Joshua called his friends at the junk yard, and they came and picked up Joshua's Surpa. Now a few weeks went by with Joshua bumming rides from people, begging and pleading to go places. Finally Joshua got fed up and started looking for a car. After a little looking and some serious weighing of choices Joshua bought a 2002 Volkswagon GTI, 1.8L Turbo. And they lived happily ever after. THE END.
Ok, so the story is really cheesy, but it is pretty much what happened. My new GTI has a 1.8 Litre Turbocharged engine, with a 5 speed manual transmission. It also has just about every feature available, to include: Remote Entry, Alarm system, Monsoon Sound System, 17in Alloy Rims with low profile Z-rated tyres, 4 wheel disc brakes, ABS, Cruise Control, Air Conditioning, Power locks ,windows ,sunroof, and mirrors. All slapped onto a 180 bhp package. Until the warranty is out I'm going to just drive it, no really, I'm not going to modify it right away.
